Strip & Refit

With the cost of batteries increasing and the need to ensure valuable assets are properly maintained we offer a strip and refit service to all our customers.

We will strip the cells from the tank clean and paint the battery tank and refit the cells. We will ensure the acid levels are checked and the specific gravity is adjusted to ensure the battery is operating as efficiently as possible.

We can if required provide you with a new battery tank from our own tank manufacturer. IBCS is the only battery company in the UK to own their own battery tank manufacturer. Battery tanks can be fully refurbished if required and returned to the customer.
